Each day you’ll have an ab routine assignment consisting of 5 ab exercises. Each exercise has a video tutorial linked to it so that if you aren’t familiar with exercise lingo it will help you with correct form and posture in each movement. The 14 Day Waist Shaper Ab Challenge will strengthen your core and progressively get tougher over the 14-day period. It’s recommended that you pair the Waist Shaper Ab Challenge with a healthy balanced diet and add these routines into your current strength training program.
