What’s included in this service?

  • Customized Strength Training Program. Accessible to you via app on Android or iPhone. Easily follow along to each assigned exercise. You get to track your weight, reps and sets for each exercise as you move through each workout daily. By doing so you have the control to progressively challenge yourself every week.
  • Accountability: 24/7 Access to your online Coach Anna Wasag.
  • Nutrition: Customized meal program fit for your specific health goal based on your meal preferences, body composition, allergens.

Virtual 12 Pack

12 PACK-

  • This package includes 3 sessions of virtual training per week via FaceTime or Zoom as your convenience. I recommend this one if you are just getting started with training or you may be very advanced and just need extra accountability during the week.
  • Duration: 45 Minutes
  • Schedule on days and times of your choice as long as your coaches’ schedule permits.
  • Sessions are tailored to your specific fitness goal as well as to the equipment you may have available.

  • This package includes 2 sessions of virtual training per week. I recommend this one if you are just getting started with training or you may be very advanced and just need extra accountability during the week.
  • Duration: 45 Minutes

  • Sessions are tailored to your specific fitness goal as well as to the equipment you may have available.

What’s included in this program?

  • Training sessions targeting your glute muscle for peak results.
  • Track your progressive overload on a weekly basis to make sure you are putting your muscle under tension for it to grow.
  • Upper body training included as a bonus to give you a well-rounded protocol for full body strength and toning

How do I communicate with my coach?

All communication will be done through the training app.

How often do I have to check in?

Check ins are once a week every Friday of the week. After updating your check-in information, you will receive a video from your coach reviewing your check in.

What’s the success rate of your programs?

Success of each client is determined by several factors. Communication, discipline to the program, application of instructions, consistent input.

Will I receive a meal plan?

Yes, you’ll be receiving a meal program that will fit your required macronutrients and the goal you’re looking to achieve. Your meal program is adjusted every 2 weeks.
